Levan 1,2

Location: Levan, UT

Description of Project: The Levan 1,2 meetinghouse is one of the oldest churches in Utah being built in 1904. This project consited of a full siesmic upgrade to the chapel which consisted of structural roof uprade, over 100 center-core drilling to the exterior walls to stabilize the building, along with a new roof.

Location: South Jordan, UT

Description of Project: This was the construction of a new meetinghouse called the Independence. There has only been one other meetinghouse of its kind built in Utah. It's unique square outline is designed for a growing congregation with a court yard in the middle.

Saratoga Hills 1,3

Pheasant Point

Location: Lehi, UT

Description of Project: This was the construction of a new Stake Center for the LDS Church. It is just  located off exit 282 in an new developement in Utah County. It is fairly new building style that has been implemented by the church. With over 25,000 square feet, it should be a great addition to the members in that area.

Yale

Owner: The LDS Church

Value: $1,520,000

Project Completed: September 2013

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Description of Project: The Yale project was a complete interior remodel. Most of the interior was taken down to the exterior studs. The remodel consited of new stairs, new classrooms, updated HVAC and plumbing, and an elevator for the 3 floors. The Yale building was built in 1924 and is currently on the Historical Building List in Utah. It was the meetinghouse for Gordan B. Hinkley and many of the Apostles and General Authorities. Elder Russell M. Nelson rededicated the building after completion.

Sunset Ridge 8

Owner: The LDS Church

Value: $2,750,000

Project Completed: July 2012

Location: West Jordan, UT

Description of Project:  This was the construction of a new meetinghouse for the LDS Church. It is just  located around 7800 South and 7500 West in an new developement on the West side of Salt Lake County. It was one of the new building style that has been implemented by the church. It is surrounded by retaining walls made up with bolders.

Salem Jr. High Seminary

Owner: The LDS Church

Value: $725,000

Project Completed: August 2012

Location: Salem, UT

Description of Project: This was the construction of a new seminary building next to the new Salem Jr. High School buidling just off of Main Street in Salem. With only 4 months to complete the project, scheduling was priority. We completed the job an time, and delivered a quality building to the Church and the students.
