About Us

History

Warner & Associates Construction is a trusted commercial general contractor with a strong track record of performance, quality, and client satisfaction. Founded in January 2011 by Joel and TJ Warner, the company was built on decades of experience and a shared vision to deliver high-value construction services with honesty and precision. At the end of 2011, Joe Alldredge joined the company as a project manager and estimator. In 2016, Joe became  a partner in Warner & Associates Construction, further strengthening the leadership team and helping to guide the company’s steady growth.

Since its founding, Warner & Associates Construction has successfully completed more than 200 multi-million-dollar commercial projects across Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, North Dakota, and Nevada. Our experience spans a wide range of sectors, including religious, educational, municipal, recreational, and industrial facilities. Clients rely on us for our collaborative approach, construction expertise, and consistent delivery.

At Warner & Associates Construction, we are deeply committed to delivering high-quality buildings while maintaining strict control over costs and timelines. We understand that every project represents a major investment for our clients, and we take that responsibility seriously. By planning carefully, communicating clearly, and working closely with architects, subcontractors, and owners, we ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards—on time and within budget.

We pride ourselves not only on the buildings we construct but also on the long-term relationships we build with our clients. Many of our projects come from repeat customers and referrals—a testament to the trust we’ve earned. Whether it's a first-time collaboration or a long-standing partnership, our goal is always the same: to be a reliable, responsive, and results-driven contractor that clients can count on from concept to completion.

In June 2025, Joel Warner made the difficult decision and retired from the company and the construction industry after more than 45 years of dedicated service. For over 40 of those years, Joel was a company owner, leading successful commercial construction and building a reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and leadership. His knowledge and vision laid the foundation for Warner & Associates Construction and were instrumental in establishing the company’s culture of quality, accountability, and long-term client relationships. His legacy continues to influence the way we operate today.

TJ Warner took over as President with Joe Alldredge as Director of Operations. Together they will continue to build on Joel’s legacy—delivering outstanding results, one project at a time.
