Description:

   The Gunther Trades Building on the UVU Campus was in need of a concourse expansion to prepare for the new Performing Arts Center currently being built on to the end of the concourse.  This included extensive demolition and reconstruction of new administration offices and storage spaces.  This project also included extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades on and off site to provide for the new construction and expansion..
