Description:

   The Pioneer 3 meetinghouse was built on the west side of Herriman City. It was built in a new development with new homes being built around the property. The building consist of slab-on-grade, wood framing, wood trusses, brick veneer exterior, asphalt shingles, aluminum metals and storefronts. Interior consist of sisal, wallpaper, custom built wood rostrum in the chapel, wood floors for cultural hall, and carpet for classrooms and offices.
